Located at Xinhua Industrial Zone, Sanhuan Avenue of Zhuanghe, Dalian Taifu Food Co., Ltd. is near the shore of the Yellow Sea and enjoys convenient traffic. The Company commenced its construction on October 2003, completed construction and began production on May 2004. As a private enterprise engaged in aquaculture, deep processing of aquatic products as well as fruits and vegetables, the Company covers an area of 39000m², has the total assets of 20.36 million Yuan, and has completed the investment of 15 million Yuan in fixed assets, civil works area of 11000m² and building area of 16000m². The Company has newly introduced 50 sets of equipment, including plate freezer, IQF machine, stripping machine, high-temperature cooking device, air bubble washer and sorting machine of fruits and vegetables, cleaning machine and shelling machine of short necked clam, vacuum machine and metal detector. The Company has been constructed in strict accordance with EU standards: the processing workshop, with a building area of 7000m², adopts the most advanced insulating color plate and uses central air-conditioner to control indoor temperature and ensure that products can meet the hygienic requirements; the quick freezing warehouse, with a building area of 600m² and daily quick freezing capacity of about 1000 tons, has strong quick freezing capability and good freezing effect; the storage place has a building area of 1500m² and the storage capacity of about 3000 tons; the office building has a building area of 9000m²; the laboratory possesses the most advanced testing equipment which can timely and accurately test bacterial index of products so as to ensure that the products satisfy the hygienic requirements on export products. The Company possesses more than 500 employees and a solid technical force, which has laid a good foundation for deep processing of products. So far the Company has got HACCP certified and EU registered, with the sanitary registration No.: 2100/02810. Meanwhile, the Company has obtained BRC and MSC certificates as well as the QS certificate for admission to domestic market.

Since its establishment, the Company has endeavored to develop various businesses and increase sales volume year by year, and changed the export-oriented sales mode into the mode of “Export is primary while domestic sales is secondary” so as to satisfy the demands of both domestic and foreign markets. The Company mainly deals in deep processing of aquatic products including shellfish and fish as well as the aquaculture of short necked clam and sea cucumber. The shellfish processing project covers frozen boiled short necked clam with shell, short necked clam meat, scallop adductor, Japanese scallop and mussels, which are mainly exported to USA, Japan; the fish processing project covers Pollock, cod, mackerel, goby, monkfish, plaice and red fish, which are mainly exported to Japan, USA, Russia and EU countries. Our products enjoy high reputation in both domestic and foreign markets.

The Company enjoys predominant geographic location as well as favorable sea transportation and land transportation conditions, which facilitate the transportation of products. There are abundant agricultural and sideline products produced nearby, which provide sufficient raw materials for deep processing of fruits and vegetables. The Company is near the sea, where the aquatic resources are enough to satisfy the raw materials demands of exported aquatic products. In addition, there are vast shallow sea and intertidal zone and long coastline available, which provide good place for culture of shellfish, sea cucumber and shrimp and especially provide sufficient raw materials for ready-to-eat sea cucumber, dried sea cucumber, salted sea cucumber we sell in domestic markets. Such products have won high praises in domestic market and are of good market prospect.
